    부산의 산업단지들은 대부분 도심 외곽에 위치하며, 노후화된 환경과 접근성 문제로 인해 청년층의 취업 기피 현상과 인력 미스매치가 발생한다.

    산업단지 근로자들의 주거 안정을 위해 근무지 인근 주택 우선 분양, 이전 지원금, 기숙사 확대 등 다양한 주거 지원이 요구된다.

    통근 환경 개선을 위해 대중교통 노선 조정, 공동 출퇴근 버스 운영 확대, 청년 드림카 지원 사업 등 현재 추진 중인 지원 사업의 확대 및 개선이 필요하다.

    부산시는 산업단지 복합문화센터 건립과 가로환경 개선 사업 등을 통해 산업단지의 긍정적 이미지를 제고하고 근로자 선호도를 높이고자 한다.
